TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Agreement
By accessing or purchasing from Alder Paw Pet Co., you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the store.

2. Eligibility and account information
You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live. Information submitted for an order must be accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Products and availability
We aim to describe products accurately. Colors and appearance can vary by screen. Product availability, descriptions, and prices may change without notice. We may limit quantities or discontinue products. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

4. Orders and payment
An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, or cancel an order because of stock, pricing errors, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions, or other reasonable operational issues. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the amount shown at checkout.

5. Pricing, taxes, and promotions
Prices are shown in the currency displayed by the store. Applicable shipping charges, taxes, duties, or other charges will be shown at checkout when available. Promotions apply only under their stated terms and may be changed or withdrawn where permitted by law.

6. Shipping and delivery
Shipping destinations, costs, processing information, tracking, and delivery estimates are governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly state otherwise.

7. Returns and refunds
Returns, damaged items, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Contact us before sending any return.

8. Acceptable use
You must not use the store for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity; interfere with its security or operation; introduce malicious code; scrape the store without permission; or violate another person's rights.

9. Intellectual property
Store branding, original text, graphics, layout, and other original content belong to Alder Paw Pet Co. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Product images and third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners. You may use the store only for personal, non-commercial shopping.

10. Third-party services
The store is powered by Shopify and may use payment, analytics, fulfillment, and other third-party providers. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply. We are responsible for our sales to you; Shopify is not the seller of our products.

11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the store and its content are provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Product warranties, if any, are limited to those expressly stated on the product page or required by law.

12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alder Paw Pet Co. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the store. Our total liability for a claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including mandatory consumer rights.
